Two audiences, one operator's playbook

Hands-on implementation, not just slides

Services

Two very different rooms.
The same operator's judgment.

Private equity and small business have almost nothing in common operationally — except that both are being asked to figure out AI right now, usually by people who've never implemented it themselves.

How it works

A process, not a workshop you forget by Friday.

  1. 01

    Assess

A working session to map where AI actually saves you time or money — not a generic capabilities list.

  2. 02

    Train

Hands-on sessions with your team, using your real work — proposals, client emails, reports — not toy examples.

  3. 03

    Implement

The tools get set up, connected, and tested with you in the room, so it's working before I leave.

  4. 04

    Measure

We check what actually got faster or cheaper, then decide together what's worth scaling next.

About

The operator's view most AI advice is missing.

The principal behind Catalyst Point AI has spent more than fifteen years as the technology executive private equity calls when a business actually has to perform — not just modernize. He rose through roles spanning industrial and controls engineering, manufacturing systems, and data center architecture before becoming Chief Information Officer of a global, PE-owned manufacturer and distributor — he's actually worked the floor before he ran the systems. As CIO, he grew revenue 500% to nearly half a billion dollars while holding EBITDA margins steady — scaling EBITDA right alongside it — and integrated eighteen acquisitions along the way, managing multiple ERP systems and leading the migrations that brought each new business onto a common platform, all while cutting IT operating costs to under 1% of revenue.

What sets him apart isn't just the results — it's the vantage point behind them. Few technology leaders have operated this close to every link in the value chain: raw material sourcing, manufacturing and engineering, facility maintenance, customer service, the sales cycle, and finance, in addition to IT itself. That's exactly what most AI advice is missing — recommendations built by people who understand the software, not the operation it has to run inside of.

After more than a decade operating at global scale, he started Catalyst Point AI to bring that same vantage point somewhere it rarely reaches — not just PE portfolios, but the small, owner-run businesses that built the economy he spent his career optimizing, and that deserve the same caliber of judgment, not a watered-down version of it.
